The real estate agency Voltaia operates mainly in southern Tuscany and Umbria, naturally beautiful regions with a unique cultural and historical richness. We specialise in the buying and selling of ancient farmhouses and country houses, some already restored or to be restored, villas and prestigious properties, farms, hamlets, as well houses and apartments in characteristic historical towns and villages.
The agency was established in 1982 and is based in Montepulciano. It is one of the oldest agencies in the area. During the nineties, the founders of the Agency Voltaia, Marco Lenni and Tiziano del Secco, expanded their existing architectural and technical design studio to offer a full range of legal and technical services for property purchase and restoration. The technical studio has built up a solid reputation in its professional field. Associated and in close collaboration with Agency Voltaia, it takes care of all necessary contacts with public authorities and utilities including land transfers and planning applications. It also offers a full management service including preparing tender documents, selecting contractors, on site inspections and financial control.
This unique combination of real estate agency and technical studio, with a focus on working with foreign clients, has proved to be a winning solution.
